NCC stands for Noleggio con Conducente — Italy's licensed private hire vehicle service, similar to what the UK calls a "minicab" or what is generally known as a chauffeur service. The key difference from a taxi is that NCC drivers operate exclusively on pre-booking: there is no meter, no flag fall, and no variable rate. The price is agreed before the journey begins, and that's the price you pay — regardless of traffic, time of day or day of the week. NCC vehicles are also generally newer, larger and better maintained than the average taxi fleet.
Our fleet consists of Mercedes-Benz E-Class saloons (for up to 3 passengers plus luggage) and Mercedes-Benz V-Class people carriers (for up to 7 passengers with full luggage). Both models are recent, climate-controlled, spotlessly clean and equipped with Wi-Fi. For larger groups or special occasions, contact us for tailored options.
Yes — fluent English is a requirement for all our drivers. Several also speak German and French. You can ask questions about the route, get local recommendations for restaurants, wineries or sights, and communicate freely throughout the journey. We want you to feel at ease from the moment you get in the car.
Completely fixed. The price quoted is the price charged — no night surcharge, no luggage fee, no toll surcharge, no waiting time fee for standard delayed flights. The only cost not included in the base transfer price is motorway toll fees, which typically range from €5 to €15 depending on the route and are paid on-board. We'll tell you the toll amount when you book.

We don't have an automated booking system — every booking is handled personally, which means any special request is easy to accommodate.
For standard airport transfers, 24 hours notice is usually sufficient. For tours, full-day bookings, weddings or shore excursions during peak season (June–September), we recommend booking 3–7 days in advance to guarantee availability. We do also take last-minute bookings (as little as 2 hours notice) depending on vehicle availability — just send us a WhatsApp and we'll do our best.
Yes, and we recommend it — it guarantees you have transport secured in both directions and often allows us to confirm both bookings in a single exchange. Just let us know both travel dates and times when you get in touch.
Yes. For every airport pick-up we monitor your flight using live flight tracking. If your flight is early, your driver adjusts accordingly. If it's delayed by up to 60 minutes, your driver waits at no extra charge. For delays beyond 60 minutes we'll stay in contact with you to agree the best plan.
After clearing passport control and collecting your luggage, you'll find your driver in the arrivals hall holding a board with your name clearly written on it. You'll also receive their direct mobile number in your booking confirmation, so you can call or WhatsApp them the moment you land.
Yes. Baby seats, toddler seats and booster seats are all available on request at no extra charge. Please mention the age(s) and approximate weight(s) of your children when booking so we can fit the right seat.
Payment is made at the end of the journey, either in cash (euros) or by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard). No advance payment is required for standard bookings. For tours, full-day hires and large-group bookings we may ask for a small deposit to confirm the reservation.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the transfer: fully free, no charge whatsoever. Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of the agreed price. No-shows (driver arrives and the passenger cannot be reached): charged in full. We understand plans change — just let us know as soon as possible and we'll always try to find a fair solution.
